ISO publishes series of big data standards

The International Organization for Standardization has published a five-part ISO/IEC 20547 series of standards for big data reference architecture and framework for organisations can use to address challenges and opportunities of big data. The standards address security and privacy use cases that "will serve to increase trust and understanding amongst stakeholders and across the whole industry, ensuring big data technologies are used safely and effectively."
