DPC handled over 10,000 cases in 2020

The Irish Data Protection Commission handled 10,151 cases last year, up 9% in 2019. It received 4,660 GDPR complaints from individuals in 2020, concluding 4,476 (1,660 were received before 2020). The report also highlights a trend to "misuse the GDPR to obfuscate or pursue other agendas".
