The Irish Data Protection Commission has released new guidance on transferring data between Ireland and the UK following the end of the Brexit transition period. The guidance includes examples of organisations that may have reasons to send data to the UK, the measures those companies must put in place to maintain data flows, and why the CJEU's Schrems II ruling must be taken into consideration.
