Irish DPC issues guidance on post-Brexit data transfers

The Irish Data Protection Commission has released new guidance on transferring data between Ireland and the UK following the end of the Brexit transition period. The guidance includes examples of organisations that may have reasons to send data to the UK, the measures those companies must put in place to maintain data flows, and why the CJEU's Schrems II ruling must be taken into consideration.  Elsewhere, Leonardo Cervera Navas wrote a blog article following the 48th EDPS DPO meeting at which International data transfers top of the agenda.
