Ireland's DPC submits draft decision inquiry into Instagram

The Irish Data Protection Commission has submitted an Article 60 draft decision inquiry into Instagram relating to the processing of personal data of children by Facebook Ireland. Other concerned supervisory authorities now have one month to send back any "reasoned and relevant objections."
