- 05/03/21 - Leads Works Ltd has been issued a £250,000 fine for sending 2,670,140 marketing text messages to individuals without their consent during the COVID-19 pandemic, which prompted a record 10,000 complaints. Read the penalty notice.
- 05/03/21 - Valca Vehicle Ltd has been issued an £80,000 fine for sending 95,004 unsolicited direct marketing messages promoting financial products, which resulted in 114 complaints. Read the penalty notice.
