ICO to review Age Appropriate Design Code impact

The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has announced a public consultation following the 1st anniversary of the Age Appropriate Design Code. The ICO seeks to assess the impact of the children's code and will conduct "market research, ongoing stakeholder engagement and our experience of supervising the code over the past year." The public comment deadline is 11 November.
