ICO publishes distributed ledger technologies draft guidance

The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has published new draft guidance on distributed ledger technologies (DLTs), such as blockchains. As adoption of DLTs increases, organisations need to understand how to use such technologies responsibly. The guidance provides practical information on how DLTs work, how to utilise them, and how data protection laws are applied.
