ICO opens research under GDPR and DPA18 consultation

The ICO has launched a consultation on the draft guidance for research provisions of the UK General Data Protection Regulation. The guidance will focus on where provisions related to research can be found in the legislation and how they work. The guidance intends to allow researchers using data to carry out their work while complying with the law. Responses can be submitted until the 22nd of April.
