ICO fines Halfords Limited £30,000

The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has fined retail company  Halfords Limited £30,000 for sending 498,179 unsolicited marketing emails without the proper consent. The marketing campaign related to the government's Fix Your Bike scheme in July 2020.
