ICO consultation on security incidents and data breach reporting

The ICO has opened a public consultation on the information it publishes relating to data security incident trends. This includes how its breach reporting data is being used at the moment, if any benefits or concerns emerge, and whether the ICO is publishing the right data sets or, more specifically, whether additional data sets would be beneficial if they were to be included. The consultation closes on 30 April 2022.
