ICO blog introduces new FOI resources for public authorities

A blog post by Deborah Clark at the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) discusses the work her new Upstream Regulation team will be doing to promote best practice and support public authorities when dealing with FOI requests. The team is currently researching the precise nature of the support it will offer, but Clark assures it will be exactly what public authorities need help with. In the meantime, the ICO has developed a number of FOI resources to help respond to information requests. The resources include:
