ICO announces sandbox projects on children's privacy

The ICO has announced that two children's privacy projects from Yoti and Seers will join its Regulatory Sandbox. Yoti offers privacy information and accessible parental consent options with its children's content moderation platform. While Seers offers a regulatory compliance tool through its privacy and consent management platform. Director of Regulatory Assurance at the ICO, Ian Hulme, said the projects will "improve confidence amongst children, young people and their parents and carers that their personal information is being properly protected when they are online."
