Former NHS 111 operative fined £1,093 for illegally accessing patient data

Martin Swan, a former call centre operative for the NHS 111 service, has been fined a total of £1,093 by Uxbridge Magistrates Court after pleading guilty to five counts of unlawfully obtaining personal data in breach of Section 55 of the Data Protection Act.
