The CJEU's ruling confimed the one-stop-shop is here to stay

The CJEU's ruling on the one-stop-shop mechanism has received plenty of coverage. This IAPP article explains why the news reports on the decision weren't entirely accurate. "Contrary to these media reports, the judgment does not open the door wide for each supervisory authority to launch its own court proceeding regarding cross-border processing." 

Earlier this week, the EDPB published a one-shop-stop leaflet explaining how the mechanism protects EU citizens' personal data.
