IAPP updates its Global AI and Policy Tracker

The IAPP has published an update to its Global AI and Policy Tracker, highlighting the latest regulatory developments in various jurisdictions, including Brazil, South Korea and Japan. The update also addresses the potential implications of the proposed 10-year moratorium in the US if the One Big Beautiful Bill Act is passed, along with moves in Europe to capture the economic benefits of AI, including the possibility of delaying or watering down the Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act).
