Three years after the EU General Data Protection Regulation took effect, organisations are still getting to grips with the law and its corresponding guidance and documentation. The IAPP recently updated its interactive GDPR Genius tool for members that provides privacy professionals with access to critical GDPR-related resources. The tool carries relevant recitals, European Data Protection Board and member state guidance, relevant court cases, regulatory enforcement and other tools. Users can click on any GDPR article to access relevant content to that particular GDPR provision.
