IAPP publishes documents to help with new SCCs

The European Commission released new standard contractual clauses for international data transfers, and organisations will need to use these SCCs to govern transfers under the EU General Data Protection Regulation starting September. The IAPP has created four Word documents, one for each transfer scenario accommodated by the new SCCs, to help organisations transition.
