German state DPA guidance on protected usable data post-'Schrems II'

Germany’s Baden-Württemberg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information recently released guidance instructing EU entities they cannot lawfully transfer data to cloud, software-as-a-service or other technology providers not organized under the laws of the EU, European Economic Area or an equivalent protection country.
