CPRA rulemaking process enters final stages

The California Privacy Protection Agency's approval of modifications to the draft California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) regulations and subsequent initiation of a public consultation concerning those modifications are one of the last remaining steps in an unexpectedly drawn-out process. The latest updates include rules covering language around a potential enforcement delay concerning the CPPA's slower drafting.
