One of the barriers for choosing to use and grow AI applications is the lack of diverse, high-quality raw data. One solution would be to share data, but ethical issues and privacy regulations pose a significant obstacle to doing this — That's where the idea of a data trust comes in. An independent organisation that acts as a guardian for the data providers and governs their data's proper use.
