Privacy Shield participation up 30% in EU

A recent study by the Future of Privacy Forum reveals more than 259 European companies are now participating in the EU-US Privacy Shield program. The EU involvement represents a  30% increase from last year, while the program has added more than 1,000 EU and US participants over the same period.  Elsewhere, the IAPP looks into the FTC's Privacy Shield enforcement action with NTT Global Data Centres.
