Parish council pays resident £2500 for posting his details on Facebook

Mr David Norris, from Walsall, complained to the ICO after attending a parish council meeting in December 2018. Following the meeting, unredacted minutes were posted on Facebook that contained his name, address and a warning about his conduct over a planning row.
