The European Commission has adopted two sets of standard contractual clauses (SCCs). The new SCCs include a set for controllers and processors and another for transferring data to third countries. The SCCs are aligned with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Court of Justice of the European Union's Schrems II ruling. They offer "more flexibility for complex processing chains" and "one single entry-point covering a broad range of transfer scenarios."
