EU Commission publishes DMA compliance report template

The European Commission has published the template for compliance reports that designated gatekeepers must submit under the Digital Markets Act (DMA). Completed reports should include detailed and transparent accounts of the required information in order for the Commission to assess each gatekeeper's compliance with the DMA. Gatekeepers have six months to submit reports from their initial designation and update them at least once a year. The first set of reports are due to be submitted by 7 March 2024. The Commission will then publish a non-confidential summary of each report.
