EU Commission opens consultation on DMA implementing regulation

The European Commission has announced a public consultation about drafting an implementing regulation for the EU Digital Markets Act. The draft regulation relates to the obligations and procedures under Article 46 of the DMA. The commission is asking for comments on notifications and submissions for commission requests under the law, rules for opening DMA proceedings, and timeframes for proceedings. The consultation closes on 6 January.
