EU Commission launches NIS2 Directive implementing act consultation

On Thursday, 27 June 2024, the European Commission announced that it has launched a public consultation to collect feedback on the draft implementing act under the Directive on measures for a high common level of cybersecurity (NIS2 Directive).

The implementing act would "lay down the technical and the methodological requirements of the cybersecurity risk-management measures for some entities in the digital infrastructures, digital providers, and ICT service management (business-to-business) sectors."

Public responses must be submitted here, before 25 July 2024.
