On Wednesday, 20 December, the European Commission published an additional list of technology companies designated as very large online platforms (VLOPs) under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).
The three additional VLOPs include:
- Pornhub
- Stripchat
- XVideos
The three companies have been added to the 19 companies designated as VLOPs and VLOSEs designated in April 2023.
The Commission has also published the non-confidential versions of its designation decisions for the relevant companies.
