EU Commission demands Microsoft clarify Generative AI risks under DSA

On Friday, 17 May 2024, the European Commission has given Microsoft until 27 May to provide internal documents and information about the Bing's generative AI features. The request was prompted by concerns Bing breached the Digital Services Act (DSA) for risks linked to generative AI.
