Podcast explores the future of EU DPA enforcement actions

In a recent EURACTIV podcast: The Tech Brief, journalist Luca Bertuzzi explored how EU data protection authorities (DPAs) are stepping up their enforcement of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Bertuzzi was joined on the podcast by IAPP Managing Director, Europe, Isabelle Roccia and Panetta Partner Vincenzo Tiani, who discussed the implications of Ireland's Data Protection Commission's recent €405m GDPR fine against Instagram and the broader wave of increased enforcement taken by separate DPAs.
