EDPS inquiry into 2019 European Parliament election activities closed

An investigation by the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) into how the European Parliament used the services US political campaigning company NationBuilder has ended. In a statement, Wojciech Wiewiórowski confirmed that the services contract has now ended, all data has been transferred to the European Parliament’s servers, and valuable lessons have been learned.
