During its 37th plenary session, the EDPB adopted new guidelines on the concepts of data controllers and processors under the GDPR. The EDPB also set up a taskforce to look into the 101 complaints filed by Austrian privacy group NOYB following the Court of Justice of the European Union's "Schrems II" ruling.
