Thirty-fourth EDPB Plenary

During its 34th plenary session, the EDPB took a number of actions:

Adopted a statement on the CJEU’s ruling in Facebook Ireland v Schrems.
Adopted Guidelines on the interplay between the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2) and the GDPR.
Adopted a letter to MEP Ďuriš Nicholsonová on contact tracing, interoperability of apps and DPIAs.
