EDPB publishes One-Stop-Shop mechanism report

The European Data Protection Board has published a report providing an analysis of decisions concerning Articles 17 (right to erasure) and 21 (right to object) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) involving the One-Stop-Shop (OSS) mechanism. The report aims to show how Supervisory Authorities (SA) work together to enforce the GDPR and, in particular, how the OSS requires cooperation between the Lead Supervisory Authority (LSA) and Concerned Supervisory Authorities (CSAs).
