EDPB outlines EU complaint process under EU-US transfer agreement

The European Data Protection Board (EDPB) has published an information note on the redress mechanism for EU claims under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). The guidance includes a factsheet providing answers to common questions and template forms for complaints to the US Office of the Director of National Intelligence's Civil Liberties Protection Officer and EU data protection authorities.
