EDPB holds second annual meeting with EU adequacy partners

03/12/2025 | EDPB

The European Data Protection Board (EDPB) held its second annual meeting with the Commissioners and representatives of the data protection authorities (DPAs) from the 15 countries and one organisation holding EU adequacy decisions. The online meeting, part of its December plenary session, provided participants with an opportunity to share views on past activities and updates on future priorities. Following the first meeting in October 2024, the EDPB suggested that cooperation has already strengthened through the sharing of advisory works and the gathering of experiences regarding international data protection enforcement.
