EDPB adopts letters for UN data transfers & ENISA security certification

The European Data Protection Board has adopted letters addressed to the United Nations and the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity on separate data protection matters. In a letter to the UN, the EDPB said it would consider guidance concerning international data transfers to UN System Organisations. 

Meanwhile, a letter to ENISA focused on the European Cybersecurity Certification Scheme for Cloud Services' compliance and consistency with the Court of Justice of the European Union's Schrems II ruling on data transfers.
