A joint initiative between the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and the Centre for Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI) has led to new data centre security guidance being produced. The guidance for owners takes a holistic approach and encourages operators to combine physical, personnel and cyber security practices into a single strategy. Separate guidance has also been produced for data centre users.
