The Council of the European Union has agreed on a negotiating position on the proposed European Health Data Space (EHDS). Additionally, the EU Council has authorised its presidency to initiate negotiations with the European Parliament for a provisional agreement on the regulation. The Parliament is anticipated to finalise its position by 13 December 2023.
