Study reveals consumers want to protect data privacy

A new study from Cisco confirms consumers have a clear interest in protecting their privacy. The study reveals that 86% of consumers "care about data privacy" and want more control, while 79% of consumers are willing to invest time or money in order to better protect their privacy. AI is an additional cause for concern, with 72% believing organisations should use AI responsibly and ethically. Consequently, 56% of respondents were concerned about how businesses use AI today.
