2020 Cisco consumer privacy survey

In a blog article, Cisco Data Privacy Security & Trust Office Director Robert Waitman has said that the results of the 2020 Consumer Privacy Survey show privacy is a consumer priority and of vital importance for businesses. The survey of more than 2,600 adults in 12 countries highlights that, despite the COVID-19 pandemic, consumers continue to want their information protected and more transparency on the use of their data. One-third said they stopped doing business with organisations over data privacy concerns.
