CIPL Submits Response to EU Commission’s Article 28 SCCs

The Centre for Information Policy Leadership (CIPL) submitted a response to the EU Commission's request for comments for its draft implementing decision on standard contractual clauses. The CIPL asked for the one-year implementation period for the SCCs to be extended and the GDPR language and concepts used in the SCCs to be fully aligned and consistent with the European privacy law. Download the full response.
