Privacy-preserving age assurance provider renews GDPR certification

Innovative Technology has announced it has renewed its UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) certification from the Age Check Certification Scheme (ACCS) for its facial age-estimation devices. The GDPR certification, valid until April 2028, covers the company's full range of biometric solutions and meets the ACCS 2:2021 Technical Requirements for Data Protection and Privacy, approved by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Innovative Technology's biometric age verification products utilise on-device artificial intelligence (AI) to provide anonymous, instant age verification without storing personal data or images. This provides a privacy-preserving solution for organisations managing age-restricted goods or services.
