Tesco issues security warning to 600,000 Clubcard holders

Hackers armed with a database of stolen usernames and passwords obtained elsewhere using brute force attack methods managed to compromise a number of accounts. Affected members of the loyalty scheme have been issued with new clubcards. Meanwhile, The Register reports that your data could be sold for as little as £2.70. Every little helps.
