Sir Frederick Barclay nephew spying at Ritz hotel

CCTV footage has been released allegedly showing Sir Frederick Barclay's nephew holding a bugging device at The Ritz hotel in London. The footage is at the centre of a legal dispute between the Barclay twins families in which Sir David Barclay's sons are being sued by Sir Frederick and his daughter Amanda for invasion of privacy.
