Representative action withdrawn in Atkinson v Equifax

Mr Atkinson originally brought a representative action against Equifax after the cyber-attack on Equifax US in 2017. However, following service of Equifax’s defence, Hayes Connor (acting for Mr Atkinson) wrote to Equifax’s solicitors confirming that Mr Atkinson was withdrawing the representative action.
