ICO to recover outstanding £250k fine from PML

The ICO Financial Recovery Unit (FRU) has begun proceedings to seize £250,000 from the now-defunct company Pownall Marketing Limited (PML). The ICO recently fined PML for making over 350,000 nuisance calls, but the company has failed to pay. The FRU has so far blocked three attempts by PML to strike itself off the Companies House register and will continue to take appropriate action to recover the debt.
