DPC accepting feedback on draft regulatory strategy

The Irish Data Protection Commission is accepting feedback on its Draft Regulatory Strategy for 2021–26 until 30th June. In developing the draft document, the DPC "has been careful to give conscientious thought to the needs and insights of its stakeholders, the legislation under which it must regulate, the context in which it currently operates and the various future states for which it must prepare." 

In other news, the Independent.ie reports that the Oireachtas Justice Committee held a tense hearing involving the DPC and NOYB Founder Max Schrems, in which the privacy campaigner slammed the DPCs record drawing a sharp response from Ms Dixon over "inaccuracies".
