ICO received over 300 data breach whistleblower reports

Whistleblowers have informed the ICO about data breaches from employees due to alleged failure to protect information a total of 309 times. The article published by CityAM is based on claims made by law firm RPC. Richard Breavington at RPC said, “some employees feel so strongly about how data is being treated in the workplace that they are anonymously reporting to the ICO.”
