The government has confirmed that it will not be searching Matt Hancocks personal email accounts. While a letter sent by the lawyers for campaign group Good Law Project argued the former Health Secretary's emails should be checked on the principle of transparency, the government rejected the claim stating it was "neither necessary nor proportionate". meanwhile, Good Law Project reveals that the government admits at least 4 Ministers used their private emails for official business
